Directions for Checking Account Details

At the first screen, enter your facility name - the paseo club (not case sensitive), then click on Submit.

At the Member Login screen, you'll see Login Instructions toward the bottom of the screen. These instructions say for first time users to use your ID number as your password. This would be the member number which was sent to you in a letter shortly after you joined the club. There is only one login per membership, so the member number is the one assigned to the person on the membership who is listed on your application as the Main Member.

Enter your member number in the ID Number box.

You will be taken to a screen to verify some information.

Type in your last name. This field is not case sensitive.

Enter the date of birth that you provided on your application in mm/dd/yyyy format. This again is the date of birth of the Main Member.

Enter your home zip code.

Then type in a password in the New Password box, which is case sensitive. The password needs to contain at least 7 characters and must have at least one number in it.

Re-type the same password in the Confirm Password box.

Click Submit. If you have trouble setting up your password, call Betsy Pease at the Club and she will be happy to set up a password for you.

In the upper left hand corner of the screen, you have the option of viewing Transaction Listing or Statements.

If you select Transaction Listing, you can view your transactions based on any date range you choose.

If you select Statements, the available statement dates will show on the screen and you can select whichever one you'd like to view.

In either case if you want to see the details of any line item, just click on the Invoice Number and it will show you exactly what the charge was for.

There is an option you can choose if you'd like to change your password at any time.

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login, Betsy can reset your password from her computer, so feel free to give her a call if that happens.

When you are finished viewing your account, you should always choose the Log Out option at the top of the screen.
