Membership Info: FAQs

Q:  Is it a contract or month to month?
A:  The Paseo Club contract is on a month to month basis.

Q:  Do I have to pay another initiation fee if I re-join?
A:  Yes you have to pay the current initiation fee at the time you rejoin.

Q:  Do I have to pay for my child who is 5 months old?
A:  No.  We recommend you pay the family initiation fee at the time you join, but pay couple monthly dues.  When your child turns 6 years of age, you’ll then pay a family rate.  If you choose to join as a couple and pay only the couple initiation fee, then when you upgrade to a family, you will have to pay an additional initiation fee for the difference between the couple initiation fee when you joined and the current family initiation fee.

A:  We reserve the right to change rates as we deem necessary.

Q:  Do I have to give a certain amount of notice when I cancel?
A:  Yes, a 60 day written notice is required to cancel your membership.
