Q: How do I access my account online?
A: The Business Office will email you a User Name and Temporary Password. A valid email address must be provided in order to have online account access.

Q: If I have questions regarding my account, who do I call?
A: You may call Cristi at 661-257-0044 with any questions regarding your membership account.

Q: What hours is the Business Office open?
A: The Business Office is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm to assist you. 

Q: There is a charge on my account for a day that I wasn't at the Club. Is this wrong?
A: We do our very best to put charges in on the same day as the purchase was made.  By double clicking on the invoice number of the Transaction, details and comments regarding the charge appear, including the day in which the item was actually purchased.

Q: Can I change the credit card on file for my membership account?
A:  The Front Desk will be happy to provide you with a Member Action Request Form to update your credit card information.  Or, call Cristi and she will take your credit card number over the telephone.

Q: I was overcharged for a lesson.  How do I correct this? 
A: Talk to your instructor first.  If a credit is to be issued, they must email Cristi@thepaseoclub.com to request the credit to your account.
