Do I need to lock into a long-term contract?

We have month to month memberships that only require 30 days’ notice to cancel. We do have options to pay for a year in full and receive a month free!

I’m not ready to commit to a gym right now, what are my options?

We understand that starting a new gym or club can be challenging especially if you are new to the area. We offer a 3 day full access trial of our club for you to come and enjoy our facilities and we will do our best to get you into some group exercise classes so you can connect with like-minded individuals.

I only want to come to the club to do one activity. What memberships do you offer?

Our membership designations are the following;

Fitness Membership – Access to GroupEx classes, Pool, Indoor and Outdoor Weight Training areas, Social events, Beginner Tennis drills, Executive Locker room with Spa and much more.

Courts Membership – Full access as mentioned above as well as the ability to reserve tennis courts.

What are the ages for your different Memberships?

All children are included free on any membership until age 12.

We offer a Junior Membership for those aged 12-17

We have an Adult Membership for those aged 18+

And if you are looking at a Family Membership, all children in the household are included until age 23.

Do you offer onsite child care?

We have 2 separated areas for children. Kids Corner are for children from 3 months old all the way to 4 years old. At age 4 your youngster will move into the Kids Club room until age 12. We offer an hourly fee of $12/h or alternatively we have an unlimited monthly package for a flat fee of $50 per month.

What is offered for my kids aside from Child Care?

All children until age 12 are included free with any membership type. Your kids will have access to Pickleball and Tennis (dependent on your membership access), the pool, as well as youth fitness classes and additional cost day/week camps.

How can I pay for my membership?

We are a cashless club for your safety. We accept payment via credit card EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Your credit card or bank will be charged the 5th of each month for the current month’s membership. Any Private Training or Lessons will be billed the following month in which they occurred.

I want to add an individual to my membership / remove an individual, what do I need to do?

It’s as simple as emailing the membership team at membership@thepaseoclub.com or by calling 661-257-0044. Membership will discuss the best options for you to move forward and will make the necessary changes on your account.

I have a friend that wants to join?

We would love to have you enjoy our club with your friends. Use a guest pass to bring a friend to try us out anytime.  The Paseo Club also has a Member Referral Program that pays you to workout with your friends. Simply let Membership know that you are bringing a new member to the club. The day they sign up, YOU will receive a $50 statement credit (promotions can change at any time depending on events). There is no limit on the referrals you can bring to Paseo.

Why do I see a No-Show Charge on my account?

With Reduced Occupancy due to Covid-19, if you sign up for a class and do not make it, there is a $20 charge posted against your account. If you are unable to make a scheduled class, please call the front desk as soon as you can to have you taken out of the class 661-257-0044. Instructors do their best to take attendance for each class, but it’s also a good idea to double check to see if you were marked present.

What if I have to cancel or place my account on hold?

We understand that situations arise and you need to cancel or suspend your membership. If you need to cancel your membership outright, simply provide us with 30 days’ notice and we can have your account closed. If you injure yourself or have a medical procedure, simply supply us with medical documentation and we can place your account on a medical “No Charge” hold. If you plan on suspending your account for an undefined period of time, you can simply place your membership on hold for a maintenance fee of 25% of your membership dues monthly.

For any other Membership questions, please feel free to reach out to Lauren, Rebecca or Tucker: membership@thepaseoclub.com
