Andrew Basile has logged countless hours in the gym with many clients of every age and fitness level. He understands that sometimes the first step is the hardest and strives to make the training environment upbeat and positive. His many years of experience in hockey, as well as a newfound passion for being an NPC Men’s physique competitor have taught him valuable lessons about what it takes to reach a fitness goal – whether that goal be fat loss, (he was a 300lb teen turned trainer) muscle gain, or recovery from an injury.
Andrew’s philosophy to training is as follows: 20% Ability + 80% Will Power= A 150% New You! He attended a specialized educational course at the American Fitness and Nutrition Academy (AFNA) that has afforded him an expansive knowledge of applied training techniques as well as extensive knowledge of human biomechanics and functional movement.
An ACSM CPT, he holds additional certifications of AFNA CPT and weight management specialist, Kettlebell, Kickboxing, Schwinn Cycling and VIPR. Tribe Team Training certified.He is certified in CPR through the American Heart Association.
