Do you regularly train at the gym or attend group exercise classes and still feel like you aren’t seeing results? Putting all that time and effort into exercising with noticeable improvement in your fitness or physique is frustrating and even demoralizing.

Sometimes you need to change your programming and get more knowledgeable guidance in order to see advancement. Small group training is one of the most effective methods for learning new movements, so you can push yourself harder than before and make measurable progress.

The Paseo Club is offering a fun new, challenging small group fitness class called Tighten and Tone. Tighten and Tone will help you get stronger, leaner, and have more endurance.

In this article, you will learn everything you need to know about Tighten and Tone — what types of movements you can expect, the benefits, who can attend, the cost, and how to sign up. Read more to check it out!

The goal of Tighten and Tone is to improve overall body composition, with an emphasis on sculpting and defining your muscles. This strength class will leave you feeling the burn!

Members can expect a challenging workout every week, focusing on specific muscle groups to achieve a defined physique and improve muscle strength.

This class will be uplifting, lively, and high-energy yet low impact every time. Regardless of your age, fitness level, or experience, the instructor will customize the workouts to help you meet your individual goals.

Does Tighten and Tone use weights?

From killer planks to oblique twists, the goal is to target your deep core muscles and tone your legs and glutes. In Tighten and Tone, members will use dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands, as well as bodyweight exercises. Learn how to do Romanian deadlifts, weighted hip thrusts, and deep core movements — this class has a lot in store!

Core muscles play a fundamental role in supporting and stabilizing the entire body. The stabilization improves balance, posture, and alignment, enhances athletic performance, and positively affects everyday functional movements. Many people even notice better breathing and digestion.

What benefits can people expect from attending class?

The glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves are primary movers in explosive movements as well as daily tasks. Tighten and Tone focuses on form and individual growth, so get ready to strut out of class feeling stronger, tighter, and more confident than ever!
