The Paseo Club has undergone some major fitness renovations, therefore dramatically increasing the size and scope of its gym facility. Along with updated fitness equipment and machines, 1500 square feet of Private and Small Group Training space has been added, making way for TRIBE Small Group Training!
Our trainers are highly-skilled athletes, qualified to provide a safe, productive exercise experience with one ambition in mind, and that is to help members meet and exceed their individual fitness goals. TRIBE Team Training
The small group-training program that strives to encourage people to achieve more than they ever thought possible. It delivers the opportunity for us to be a part of something bigger than ourselves with the promise that ‘together we will achieve more’. With TRIBE, there is something for everyone; no two workouts are ever the same and they are progressive.

GREATEST RESULTS CHALLENGE
In just 6 weeks, you can achieve amazing results that will stick! Includes personal group training with adaptive exercises for injuries and ailments, specialized weekly classes, an exclusive tennis workout and much more!
MARATHON / TRIATHLON TRAINING
For multiple local marathons and triathlons. Meets three times per week, with personalized training plans, stretching and rolling demonstrations and run fit challenges each week
Our Personal Training Staff has experience in sports specific training such as Golf, Dance, Tennis, High School Sports, as well as, Senior Fitness, Pre and Post Natal Workouts, Rehabilitation, Women’s Health, and Nutrition. We also have training for beginning triathletes, advanced triathletes, runners at all levels, and boxing at all levels.
UPGRADE TO GOLD!
THE YARD is an extension of our personal training area, where we use barbells, kettlebells, bands, and TRX to provide functional strength training. A variety of classes are offered for the everyday athlete.
