Train Like a Fighter Without Ever Having To Fight

Listen, for all you fitness enthusiasts who has ever tried some sort of cardio kickboxing or some type of combat related class, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say this, we’ve ALL wanted to feel like we could train like a real fighter, but have absolutely zero desire to actually fight.

Well here at our Paseo Club, our Facebook LIVE Family Boxing class, you get to experience just that. As both a Fitness expert and competitor in combat sports I have experienced the wonderful world of combat training as it relates to fitness and health.

Now, I may be a bit biased by saying this, but consider this: of all the different sports out there, which sport do you see an individual with the most shredded six-pack?  Football? baseball? Basketball? Swimming?  How about Boxing?  Imagine two of the pound for pound best fighters in the world squaring off in the middle of the ring ready to go head to head for that acclaimed title of “undisputed” world Champion..…you could see the fighters arms and shoulders reminiscent of an ancient Roman gladiator,  the symmetrical and well-developed chest and yes…a set of chiseled abs with separations so deep they look like craters on a planet.  Why these athletes?  Could it be because their respective sport requires such a high level of conditioning to endure 12 rounds of high intensity sparring? Could it be the pain training threshold of the body to withstand all the heavy blows targeted to the midsection?  Or perhaps it’s the arduous repetition of training in the combative movements themselves that result in lean mass and athletic muscularity.

Whatever the answer, you can receive those same physical and mental benefits of a fighter without having to hit anyone or get hit by anyone for that matter.  BUT, you will feel like you trained like a champion fighter.  So come join us for some Family boxing at the Paseo Club, you may just feel like you can actually kick some a@#ss…and then go back to your day job as a financial planner, software engineer, or Family Therapist.

Either way, you can’t deny the fighter in you!
