Building strength, confidence, and community with Paseo Performance at The Paseo Club

Nothing is more frustrating than putting in the time and effort and not seeing results. Getting stronger and leaner is not always straightforward. Many elements factor in, including diet, sleep, technique, programming, and recovery.  

When you feel plateaued in your fitness, are new to certain types of training, or simply want more guidance, then working with a knowledgeable, trained instructor is the best choice. 

The Paseo Club is thrilled to announce a new and dynamic small group training program called Paseo Performance. Paseo Performance is a unique method of building strength and conditioning in a specially designed format.

The Paseo Club is a private club that has served the Santa Clarita community for over twenty years. With indoor and outdoor training areas, small group and group classes, and personal trainers, The Paseo Club is your destination for all things fitness.

Paseo Performance is a strength training experience built for those who want to move with purpose, lift with intention, and grow stronger inside and out. This method blends expert coaching and structured programming to deliver real results in an environment that is personal, powerful, and empowering.

Paseo Performance provides a semi-private setting of only 6-12 students at a time, fostering a supportive peer culture and a sense of tight-knit community. 

Paseo Performance combines the personalization of one-on-one coaching with the energy of a group. You’ll never compete for equipment — everyone has their own dedicated setup, so your time is maximized and your training is focused.

Whether your goals are aesthetic, performance-based, or for functional fitness, Paseo Performance is scalable to meet you where you are and challenge you to grow where you need it most.

The workouts follow a structured 4-week cycle. They are built on proven principles of strength, hypertrophy (muscle growth), and athletic development. Each cycle will build on the one prior, so your knowledge, skills, and strength will progress. 

You will refine your form, learn how to progress intelligently and sustainably, and stay consistent, so you can feel confident under the bar and in your day-to-day life.

Is this just another “Bro Sesh”?

No!

While experienced and fit guys are welcome — and will benefit — from Paseo Performance, it is not an exclusive program.

All people are welcome.

Every piece of research that has been published in the last decade emphasizes not only the importance of women lifting weights, but also its essentiality. Women of all ages must strength train for fitness, functionality, metabolism, heart health, bone health, and mental health.

Paseo Performance will be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6 pm. The first session begins June 3 and 5 during the Summer Season at The Paseo Club. Class lasts for one hour.

However, you can get a sneak peek of this awesome new program at two FREE Paseo Performance trial classes on Tuesday or Thursday at 6 pm on May 27 and 29. Advanced booking only. 

Fitness Manager and Master Trainer Mal Felix will lead this incredible program. It is being offered at a special introductory offer of  $399 for the entire 10-week series from June 3 to August 7. You can reserve your spot by signing up in advance.
