Journey To A Better You

Hello "Paseo ites"

The good news during these tough trying times is we have created so many tented and pavilion type exercise areas for more workout options.

The bad news is that the heat and the air quality still create obstacles for these outdoor areas. Cooler heads will prevail and cooler times are ahead this fall.

Until then, please consider using a small spray bottle filled with cold or iced water. This personal cooling station works wonders and so does a damp towel wrapped around your neck. N-95 masks may be difficult to use under high exertion levels but it will help with the smoke particles. Of course, respiratory sensitive individuals still need to monitor the AQI (Air Quality Index) for their safety,

Once we are safely able to return to indoor exercise ( although at limited capacities), comfortable temperature and air quality will be possible. Until then, it is still possible for us to help you get rid of that " quarantine 15" or any number of unwanted pounds and inches gained, as well as function and strength lost. Our instructors and trainers are here to support your fitness routines, whether you stay with classes only or are a lone wolf with your workouts.

We are a community of caring, knowledgeable and experienced staff ready to help you build strength, improve balance, decrease pain, enhance mobility, develop stamina, rehab injury and elevate your game.

During these crazy times we are sometimes unable to easily change our routines. The sign of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome. This is especially true with exercise programs. The same exercises, reps, loads, program or drills can actually decrease your performance as well as your enjoyment of what you are doing!

Variety is the spice of life and your body needs diverse and challenging activities to stay at optimal levels. Let us put more "pep in your step' ..."speed in your serve"...:"tone in your tush" or just "fun-ctional fitness"!  We can give you a great return of your sweat equity if you invest some time and effort with one of our many qualified pros and trainers.

You may not be able to travel to far away destinations but Paseo can help you on your "journey" to a healthier happier place. It happens here and now!

Be well!
