The Paseo Club of Santa Clarita wants to help you find your joy in fitness. This is why the club offers over 60 fitness classes every week. In this article, you will learn about the nine best fitness classes at the club and what you can expect when you attend one.

1. Cycle

If you love biking, you will be excited for cycle class at The Paseo Club! There are classes in the mornings, evenings, and on the weekends. You can choose fusion, unplugged, and express cycle classes. Use the state-of-the-art stationary bikes and the Spivi system to track your output!

2. Liquid Cardio

The Paseo Club has a pristine outdoor pool that is available year-round. Liquid Cardio is a water aerobics class taught to members of all fitness levels. Every morning, Monday through Saturday, at 9:15, you can join our certified instructors for a challenging strength training class. This class is easy on the joints and can scale for people new to fitness or those recovering from injuries.

Whether you want to strengthen and mobilize your body or unwind from a long day, yoga is an excellent option. The Paseo Club offers beginner, intermediate, advanced, and therapeutic/restorative yoga classes. Come to the club and relax with a yoga class.

4. Cardio Strength

Cardio Strength class is so popular that The Paseo Club offers it in the mornings and evenings! This High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class combines cardio (to elevate your heart rate) with muscle conditioning exercises to build strength. This full-body 45-minute class will leave you feeling energized!

5. Pilates

The Paseo Club has a state-of-the-art Pilates studio equipped with eight reformers. There are several Pilates classes of varying levels to choose from, including a free Intro class on Sundays. Pilates is phenomenal for developing core strength, improving posture, and recovering from injuries.

TRX and Core is the perfect class for targeting your core and stabilizer muscles. Build strength and improve control while using the TRX suspension training system. This class is low-impact, so people with joint issues can attend. This all-levels class is great for experienced and new fitness enthusiasts.

7. Walking Class

Do not underestimate the benefits of walking! This simple movement has several positive attributes and can be enjoyed by almost anyone. This class allows you to be physically active and visit with fellow members while enjoying the fresh air on the paseos.

Paseo Performance is a new small group training program that provides structure, coaching, and community in one powerful experience. 9. Barre

Barre is a ballet-inspired class. However, dance experience is not necessary. Barre helps you build strength, flexibility, and lengthen muscles. This low-impact class is great for people of all skill levels who want to improve their agility, coordination, and balance.

If you are a new member of The Paseo Club, you can request a free initial assessment. Learn more about your health and fitness and discuss goals with a certified trainer. This is a great time to ask about the facilities, different classes, and receive recommendations based on your interests.

When you join a fitness class, come a few minutes early and introduce yourself to the instructor. Let them know any pertinent information about you, particularly regarding injuries or mobility issues.
