Season of Gratitude 2025: What’s Happening at The Paseo Club

School is underway, and the holidays are ahead. During this Season of Gratitude, take time to treat yourself to fitness, fun, and, perhaps, a little friendly competition!

As always, The Paseo Club has a stellar lineup of small group training programs, cafe specials, tennis and pickleball tournaments, and several exciting social events. Come for the fitness, but stay for the community!

The Season of Gratitude is from September 28 to November 15, 2025.

September 29: Weekly Specials at the Cafe

Monday-Friday: Happy Hour
Enjoy your favorite beer, wine, or mixed drinks from 4 to 6 pm. This season’s specialty cocktail is a tangy and refreshing Cranberry Orange Mule. It is vodka-based and includes orange bitters, splash of lime juice, fresh squeezed orange, and is topped with ginger beer.

Tuesday: Taco Tuesday
Choose from chicken, carne asada, or barbacoa. The salsa is fresh and zesty! Tacos are available beginning at 6 pm. Only $3 each!

Wednesdays & Fridays: Porch Bar
Porch Bar is open and serving up drinks every Wednesday and Friday from 6 to 8 pm.

Thursday: Pizza Night
Choose from cheese, vegetarian, or pepperoni pizza. Pizzas are ready fresh from the oven starting at 4 pm. Pricing starts at only $10.​

Small Group Training

September 29: Greatest Results
This is the most comprehensive program that helps you learn how to live a healthy lifestyle with personal coaching, nutritional guidance, and fitness classes throughout the week, Monday-Friday. $250 for a 6-week series. Register today!

September 29: TRX & Core
This low-impact small group class torches your core and the rest of your body by using the TRX suspension training system. The challenging workouts use your own body weight as resistance! Class is on Mondays at 8 am and costs $18-30 per class, depending on the package purchased. Register for TRX and Core.

September 30: Paseo Performance
Master Trainer Mal Felix leads this strength training program, providing structure, coaching, and community in one experience. Our semi-private sessions give individualized attention, with progressive training cycles designed to help you build muscle, improve form, and move with confidence. Classes are Tuesdays-Fridays and cost $18-30 per class, depending on the package purchased. Register today!

October 11: Paseo Performance HYROX™ Challenge
Test your grit, speed, and teamwork in The HYROX™ Team Challenge — a high-intensity fitness competition where four teams of six will train, push limits, and go head-to-head in a series of challenges. Think sled pushes, rowers, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, and more. Classes are Saturdays 8-9:15 am for six weeks. The cost is $120 for the series. Register for HYROX.

September 29, 30, & October 4 (Weekly) : New Tennis Adult Starters Drills - FREE!

Have you never held a racquet, but always felt like you belonged on the court? Or do you just want to give it a swing? If so, this is the right class for you! Enjoy exploring the fundamentals of tennis with experienced and patient staff. Acquire proper technique and move up the level ladder. This class is FREE OF CHARGE!!

Drills are one hour long and cost $18-30 per drill, depending on the package purchased.

October 1: Wine Down Wednesday - FREE!

Unwind midweek with us at Wine Down Wednesday. This is a Paseo Club weekly tradition where great wine meets live music under the stars!​

• Live Music: Bands play from 6:30 – 9:30 pm
• Wine Special: 50% off bottles of wine from 6 – 10 pm
• Seasonal Comfort: Cozy up with fire pits and heaters in the cooler months. Please dress for the weather.

This is a free event, open to both members and non-members. Please note: Non-members may attend this event, but there is a two-drink, one-bottle, or food minimum. As an outdoor event, Wine Down Wednesday may be canceled in cases of extreme weather.​

October 2: The Paseo Professional Mixer

Join us for our monthly Professional Mixer! This event is a small, welcoming networking gathering where each attendee has the opportunity to introduce themselves and their business and share promotional items. Contribute a prize for our free raffle and showcase your brand even more!
Open to members & non-members – invite colleagues, clients, or future partners. Begins at 4 pm.
Tickets are $10 (members) and $20 (non-members). They include appetizers and one glass of wine or beer. Tickets are final sale. Register for the professional mixer. The next professional mixer is on November 6.​

October 3: Salsa Night - FREE!

Ready to move your hips and learn some hot salsa moves? Join Jennifer Garson Shuper for a fun, beginner-friendly LA Style salsa class! In just one hour, you’ll learn enough to hit a salsa club with confidence.
Solo and partner work included. No partner? No problem! We’ll pair you up. No experience is needed, just come ready to have fun and dance. Free for members and non-members (non-members have a two-drink minimum).
6-7 pm. Registration is optional, but no RSVP is required. Show up and dance! Come for the moves, stay for the music, and let’s make it a night to remember!

October 4: HYROX™ Trial Class - FREE!

October 10: Hello Fall! Doormat Painting Class

Put your personal touch on your front porch by attending the Doormat Painting Class led by Board & Brush. You’ll leave with your very own custom creation, choosing from two design options (a festive fall theme or a timeless, year-round style) and picking your own colors to make it uniquely yours.
$45 for members and $50 for non-members (includes instruction and all supplies). It starts at 7-8:30 pm. Register for the painting class. Tickets are final sale.
Come early to enjoy dinner and drinks at the Clubhouse. This class is perfect for a night out with friends, a fun date, or simply a chance to get creative.

October 11: Pickleball Roulette Round Robin

Come to The Paseo Club at 9 am for a couple of hours of Pickleball roulette Round Robin. Spin a wheel before each game that sets a “rule” (i.e., only dinks, must serve underhand with opposite hand, bonus points for Ernes, etc.). 
The event is 2 hours long and costs $10. Register today!

October 17: Man Cave Night

Gentlemen, this one’s for you. Grab your crew and join us for a night packed with bar games, bold flavors, and good times. Think darts, cornhole, giant Jenga, and even giant beer pong — bragging rights are on the line.
Fuel up with pizza and chicken wings (included with ticket), enjoy beer flights and buckets available for sale at the bar, and stick around after 9 pm to light up your own cigars in our laid-back lounge. This is a guys-only event for members and their guests (must be invited by a member).
$20 Members and $30 Non-Members. (Ticket sales are final). Spaces are limited, so claim your spot and make it a night to remember.

October 18: Pop Up Class: Barre and Box Class

BarreBox Fusion is a high-energy, full-body workout that blends the strength, balance, and sculpting elements of barre with the cardio, power, and intensity of boxing. Participants will lengthen and tone muscles through ballet-inspired barre sequences, then unleash their power with dynamic boxing combinations. The class alternates between precision barre work at the barre or mat, and boxing intervals with gloves and bags. Class is at noon and costs $10/member, $15 non-member. Register for the pop-up. Bring boxing gloves and pads if you have them.

October 19: Legends & Learners Pickleball Round Robin

Step onto the court for a one-of-a-kind pickleball experience! In this special round robin, our club’s pros will team up with amateur players for fun, fast-paced matches. Each round, partners will rotate so every player gets the chance to team up with a pro and learn from their skills while competing together. This event is from 10 am-noon and costs $25. Register now. 

October 24: Line & Wine with Cezanne - FREE!

Kick off your Friday night with two hours of line dancing fun! The first hour is perfect for beginners, then we’ll move into more intermediate dances for the next hour. Expect a mix of music styles, from your favorite country hits to crowd-pleasers, such as Fireball and Cha Cha Slide. Dress up in your favorite western gear or come as you are — just come ready to dance! This event is 6-8 pm and is free to attend. Non-members have a two-drink minimum. No RSVP required, registration is optional. Come join us for laughs, steps, and a little friendly boot-scootin’ fun!

October 24: Halloween Date Night

Enjoy a night out at the club (or out on the town) while your kids are being cared for at Kids Club. Kids 4+ can attend and enjoy food, movies, games, crafts, and more. Have your child come in costume for this fun Halloween-themed Date Night. This event costs $45. Register by emailing Kids Corner.

October 25: Health Expo

Join us for a one-day immersive experience designed for anyone ready to optimize their health, strengthen their mindset, and reset their purpose. Through cutting-edge health screenings, hands-on workshops, and biohacking practices, this event blends science, grit, and community to help you become stronger, more resilient, and truly unbreakable. This event is for men and women and is open to non-members. It begins at 11 am and costs $30. Reserve your spot. 

October 26: Halloween Tennis Mixer

It’s hard to believe, but it is that time of year again! The Paseo's Annual Halloween Tennis Mixer is back. Get creative and find the best costume and the best tennis partner! We will have silverware for the winners and runners-up!  Plus, you will all get to vote for BEST COSTUME, and the winner of that will get another FREE DRINK. Join us for appetizers and a drink on the patio after the mixer. Register today. The mixer begins at 11 am and costs $45.

October 30: Glow in the Dark Pilates Reformer

Light up your core and flow in the glow! This all-levels Pilates Reformer class brings the burn with a twist. Set in a darkened room illuminated by black lights and glowing accessories, you’ll move through a dynamic full-body Pilates reformer workout that strengthens, lengthens, and energizes. This class is for all levels.
Expect upbeat music, a supportive vibe, and glowing guidance from your instructor to help you shine through each movement.
Come dressed in white or neon to glow your brightest! Class starts at 6:30 pm and costs $18-35, depending on the packaged purchase. Register today.

October 30 & 31: Dress Up Day at Kids Club - FREE!

On October 30 & 31, we encourage EVERYONE to come to Kids Club wearing their costumes! We are so excited for you to show them off during your time with us. We will be hosting spook-tacular crafts, ghostly games, and doing the monster mash all day long! Starts at 8 am and is FREE!

October 31: Halloween Party

Get ready for a spooky good time at our annual Halloween bash! Costumes are essential — no costume, no entry!

We’ll party under the stars with fire pits and heaters to keep things cozy. If the weather plays tricks on us, we’ll move the celebration indoors for a frightfully fun night! Don’t miss out — this is the Halloween party you’ll be talking about all year!

November 2: Halloween Potluck & Pickleball

Join us for a frightfully fun night on the courts! Dress in your favorite costume (pickleball-friendly, of course) and enjoy two hours of spooky-themed pickleball games, laughter, and community fun. Between matches, dig into a delicious Halloween potluck feast—bring your favorite dish, snack, or treat to share. This events costs$10 and is from 10 am - noon. November 2: ATP 1000 Paris Masters Viewing Party

Come watch one of the best tennis competitions of the year with friends at The Paseo Club. The ATP 1000 Paris Masters Viewing Party will feature commentary from our very own coaches, including strategy analysis. The Wimbledon Viewing Party had a nice turnout, and we'd love to have all of you back for this one! Begins at 8 am and costs $30 and includes two drinks and a fruit plate. Reserve your spot today!

November7: Blacklight Pickleball Party - FREE!

Come play blacklight pickleball during a Friday night drop in. We’ll turn off the lights, crank up the music, and let the glow take over. The courts, balls, and nets will be decked out in neon and black light-reactive gear, and players are encouraged to wear their brightest outfits, glow paint, and accessories. Starts at 7 pm and it is free. Register for the Blacklight Pickleball Party.

November 7: Red Cross Blood Drive

The Paseo Club is proud to host regular American Red Cross blood drives every two months, offering our members and the greater Valencia community an easy, reliable place to make a life-saving difference. The blood drive is from 1:15 – 7:15 pm. Register to donate today. Walk-ins will only be accepted if there is availability. Register to donate.

November 7: Gentleman's Pour: Whiskey & Cigar Lounge

Join us for an evening of whiskey appreciation hosted by Jason Youmazzo, who will share his knowledge on each carefully selected whiskey and pairings. Following the tasting, those who wish to stay can enjoy cigars.
Weather permitting, we'll gather outdoors in our pavilion. We provide cigars, ashtrays, lighters, and cutters, though connoisseurs are welcome to bring their own selections.
The cost is $60 for members and $70 for non-members. Space is limited - book early to secure your spot! Tickets are final sale. (In the event that the weather forces us indoors, the cigar-smoking element of the evening will not take place).

November 14: Comedy Night Returns!

Our first comedy night sold out and was a huge success — don't wait, get your tickets and avoid disappointment! We're bringing you another evening of laughs with a new line up (Headliner and four opening acts TBA).
Arrive early to enjoy dinner and drinks beforehand, as no eating is allowed in the comedy room and last call for food orders is 6:30 pm, the show is 7-8:30 pm.​

November 15: Tennis Color Wars

The Paseo Club’s All-Time Classic COLOR WARS is back for another edition in 2025!  Let's bring our team spirit for this one!! Teams will be divided into groups, and the number of signups will determine the number of groups and lines. We had 40+ participants last time!
This is a favorite event at our club, so sign up as soon as possible! Join us for a drink and appetizers on the patio after a fun-filled day on the courts. $45 (includes appetizers and one drink) 11 am.
