Whether you are a legacy member of the Paseo Club, or just signed up last week, you probably realized there are a lot of ways to be active at the club. There are fitness classes, tennis and pickleball games, the pool for laps, and so much more.

But did you realize we also have several personal trainers? These trainers are available to guide you in meeting your specific fitness goals and to help you become more familiar with the Paseo Club’s exercise facilities.

Personal trainers are specialists in many forms of fitness and can help you to experience measurable results while moving safely and effectively. Learn how to strength train, improve your overall metabolic conditioning, have proper form, mobilize, and prevent injuries.

In this article, we will introduce you to the personal trainers at the Paseo Club. You will learn their name, their certifications, their favorite part of teaching, and a few other fun details. Read on to meet our personal trainers!

Who are the personal trainers at the Paseo Club?

Choosing a personal trainer at the Paseo Club

Receiving one-on-one attention with a professional trainer helps you to learn new movements, achieve goals, and stay accountable to consistent, progressive, exercise.

You can work out with your trainer once or many times a week. They often outline exercises you can do when they are not with you and can guide you in optimal nutrition. Trainers have flexible schedules so they can accommodate your availability.

Here are some questions you can ask when you meet with a personal trainer for the first time:

  • How long are the sessions?
  • What is your area of expertise?
  • How do you track my progress?
  • Can you help me with meal planning?
  • How often do you recommend we meet?
  • What can I expect in the first few weeks?
  • What are your fees? Do you offer a volume discount?
  • Can you write out fitness programs for when we are not working together?
  • Have you worked with people like me? (Specify age range, athletic ability, injury recovery, etc.)

The Paseo Club is a social club in the Santa Clarita Valley with personal training, small group training, and over 60 group fitness classes available each week. We also have comprehensive tennis, pickleball, and swimming departments so you can enjoy being active in multiple ways.

Wonderful amenities, such as childcare, a spa, and a cafe and clubhouse, allow you to relax and enjoy your time at the club.

If you are looking to be part of a health-minded local community, then the Paseo Club may be the place for you. Schedule a tour and discover all eight acres of our facilities. We can’t wait to meet you!
