Zumba Fitness is an exciting high energy dance fitness format that uses world rhythms and focuses on full body fitness. Dance to choreographed routines from Salsa and Merengue to Latin Pop and KPop! Have fun while increasing your overall fitness.
Zumba Toning is a non-traditional body sculpting class that integrates the great world rhythms of traditional Zumba, but incorporates light weights and uses isometric resistance, to strengthen and focus on targeted muscle groups to shape and tone your entire body. Zumba Toning is a full body fitness format that can’t be beat!
Come join the party in our beautiful outdoor pavilion! Zumba Fitness classes Sundays at 9:30 am and Thursdays at 5:00 pm. Zumba Toning class Saturdays at 8:15 am.
