What is the Greatest Results Program at the Paseo Club?

March 6th, 2023 | 4 min. read

By Jen Azevedo

Getting into shape can feel like an uphill battle. It is hard to be motivated to stick to both a fitness and nutrition program. Heck, it is even difficult to know which plan to adopt.

There are lots of theories about how to be strong, fit, and at a healthy weight. Cardio or weights? High carb or low carb? Eat every two hours or do intermittent fasting?

With so many approaches out there, sometimes it is best to go to the pros.

That is why the Paseo Club has created the Greatest Results Program. This program is a comprehensive approach that includes fitness and nutrition guidance in a supportive social setting.

The Paseo Club is a social club in the Santa Clarita Valley that has been helping people of all ages and at all stages in life get fit for almost twenty years.

In this article, you will learn how the Greatest Results Program will help you learn how to move, how to eat, and stay on track when you are on your own.

What is the mission of the Greatest Results Program?

The mission of the Greatest Results Program is to help people feel and look better.

It is easy to lose weight, but it’s harder to keep it off and make lifestyle changes. That is why the primary focus is to help people  develop the resources they need to lead a healthier lifestyle successfully.

What does the Greatest Results Program entail?

The Greatest Results Program is a multi-faceted system. The program consists of five primary pillars.

1. Fitness Assessment

Participants receive two fitness assessments — one at the beginning and one at the end of the program. This exam will show your core strength, cardio endurance, and upper body strength.

The fitness assessment consists of:

  • Timed cardio test using either a stationary bike or treadmill
  • Strength exercise
  • Endurance exercise
  • Power exercise

We will also take measurements of your waist and hips, weight, and body fat mass.

This data is measurable information used to compare where the member began at the start of the program and the progress they made at the end.

2. Nutritional counseling

A certified nutritionist provides nutritional counseling by using the Precision Nutrition method. The state-of-the-art Precision Nutrition uses science-proven strategies to customize your needs for maximum results.

Certified nutritionist, Trish Deboni, offers a cooking and meal planning class where she teaches recipes, food prep ideas, and cooking techniques. Some of the topics she covers are:

  • How to eat for optimum fat loss
  • How, what, and when to eat
  • Meal prepping made easy
  • How to eat out
  • Recipe for homemade energy bars
  • What to eat pre and post-workout

3. Fitness classes

Fitness classes feature cardio and resistance training. The classes focus on functional fitness and proper form, so you stay injury-free and get a great full-body workout.

4. Ongoing support

Receive weekly emails with fitness tips, recipes, and encouragement for one entire year after signing up for Greatest Results.

5. Learn with a group

Enjoy the community support from other participants in the program. Learn, sweat, and laugh together!

Why is the Greatest Results Program more successful than doing it on your own?

Making life changes with a group of peers increases accountability, commitment to the program, and better results

Your instructors are available to answer questions, address concerns, and encourage you when you need support.

Embarking on the Greatest Results Program with other members fosters a sense of community and connection.

What changes might participants experience at the end of the program?

After completing the Greatest Results Program, people should feel more confident selecting what to eat, when to eat, preparing their food, and choosing exercises that burn more calories.

How does the program affect people’s long-term goals and lifestyle choices?

Creating new habits takes 66 days. Participating in this program supports members in making new

patterns in their lifestyles.

Everyone learns that exercise is not a punishment for poor eating but rather a gift of movement and a natural endorphin giver. This helps change people’s relationship to physical fitness, so they can integrate it into their weekly routine.

The Paseo Club nutritionists, Cézanne Youmazzo and Trish Deboni, use the Precision Coaching (PN) System, which guides them in making good food choices that can last a lifetime.

What is the schedule for people who join GRP? And when is the next session?

Greatest Results workouts are taught multiple times per week. You may come to any time slot that works in your schedule. We recommend coming to 2-3 classes each week.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 am with Justin
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am with Tara
  • Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 pm with Cezanne

The next session begins on March 6.

How long does the program run?

The program lasts for six weeks.

What is the bonus support for participants?

In addition to the Greatest Results fitness classes, you can attend three bonus classes (one time at each class).

  • Pilates Reformer class
  • Group Tennis Class
  • Group pickleball class

What is the cost of the Greatest Results Program?

The cost is $250 for the assessment, classes, and consultation.

Is the Greatest Results Program the right fit for you?

Making changes in your health and fitness is hard to do. We get stuck in our patterns and often find that we are short on time and energy to make the changes we want to see.

If you’d like to get on a better path to health and don’t want to do it alone, then Greatest Results may be the program for you.

Learning from experienced nutritionists will help answer questions you have about healthy eating. Training with fitness instructors will help you get stronger and have better endurance. And the camaraderie of the group will keep you coming back for more.

The Paseo Club offers multiple facilities to help you to get fit. There are tennis and pickleball courts, a junior-Olympic pool, and indoor and outdoor studios for weights, machines, cycle, yoga, Pilates, and more.
