The fitness centers offering group classes are listed in alphabetical order.
1. Crossfit SCV
CrossFit SCV is a CrossFit affiliate gym that offers group fitness classes and personal training. CrossFit is a form of fitness that emphasizes strength and cardio training and a little bit of gymnastics. The workouts almost always vary, so you will never get bored and you will never plateau. Classes are available to people of all fitness levels. CrossFit is a great way to learn about Olympic lifting and kettlebell movements.

2. Gold’s Gym
Gold’s Gym of Valencia is one of hundreds of Gold's Gyms throughout the US. It is an iconic gym experience with wide open workout areas and lots of equipment. Most people go there to train on their own, but they do offer group fitness classes too. You can find Bodycombat, Zumba, cycle, Silver Sneakers, and more. There are between four and nine classes to choose from per day. Classes max at 36 attendees, so they can be quite big.

3. Flex N Burn
Flex N Burn offers a unique approach to fitness. They offer 30-minute HIIT (high-intensity interval training) exclusively. You can choose a lower body day, an upper body day, or a full body day, but every class is 30 minutes of HIIT. This is a great way to carve out time to train, but not have to dedicate lots of your day to it. HIIT is an effective method for burning fat and building muscle.

There are five centers in Southern California, including one in Santa Clarita. They offer three types of classes — Lift, Fight Camp, and Booty Camp.

5. Henry Mayo Fitness and Health
Henry Mayo Fitness and Health is a fitness and rehab center located at the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Valencia.
