What is happening at the Paseo Club in June?

June is the first official month of summer. It is a great time to be outside, visit with friends and neighbors, and add a little fun to your life!

This month the Paseo Club offers an incredible selection of classes, social events, a fundraiser, and more.

In fact, there are so many amazing activities at the club that it is hard to remember them all. Do not fear! Bookmark this article or pull out your calendar and schedule all your favorite activities now so you don’t miss a thing!

The Paseo Club is a social club in the Santa Clarita Valley. We offer private and group fitness classes, tennis and pickleball courts, and a junior Olympic pool. But we are not just a fitness center! We offer social and fundraising events for the community as well.

comp_massageJune 1-18: Spa Father’s Day Special

Haruko, Angie, and Tarra are offering exciting Father’s Day spa specials from the beginning of June through Father’s Day, June 18th. 

  • Hello Handsome is a facial and brow shaping for $100 with Angie
  • Facial and Massage for $100 with Angie
  • Pamper Papa $20 off when you purchase two massages with Haruko or Tarra
  • Rub a dub dub and a scrub is a 60 minutes massage with back scrub for $110 with Haruko or Tarra

June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 Dive-In Movie

Bring your kids to the Paseo Club on Friday nights for an evening of fun. Grab a bite to eat, swim, relax, and catch a great family flick. Movie showings begin at sundown!

comp_TOR00663_2K!June 3 & 4: Dink 4 Cause Annual Pickleball Tournament  

The Paseo Club will be hosting Dink 4 Cause for the largest non-profit fundraiser event of the summer. The incredible crew from Dink 4 Cause will partner up with Be The Match to encourage participation and education about the importance of bone marrow transplants.  

The tournament will run all weekend, from 8 am to 5 pm with events available for men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles from 2.5 to 4.5 DUPR levels. With a huge silent auction, donation station, food from the porch, and several other sponsoring vendors — this promises to be a fun weekend! 

It costs $70 for one event and $100 for two events, plus a $5 service fee per event. Register with Dink 4 Cause.

June 4: FIN-tastic Play Date at Kids Club

Kids Club hosts Play Date for children ages 3-5 on Sunday June 4, from 2 to 5 pm. Kids can enjoy games, art, and playing with friends and staff. The classic film Finding Nemo will be shown. The cost is $15. Caregivers must register with Kids Club by June 2. 

June 7, 14, 21, 28 Wine Down Wednesday

Break up your mid-week monotony with a little music, wine, and time with friends. Wine Down Wednesday is a popular weekly event that gets you out of the house and into your community. Attend a group class or play a match of tennis with a friend to drum up your thirst.

comp_IMG-4017 (1)June 9: “In da Club” cycle with Cezanne and Trish

This pop-up class will be on Friday, June 9, at 6:00 pm. This fun cycle class will be taught by two of your favorite instructors! Great music will keep you energized as you push yourself through this rigorous cycle class.

Class is free of charge for members. People can register with Spivi to reserve a bike.


June 9: Cardio Tennis Class 

Join coach Rene Heger for an exciting new addition to the Paseo Club lineup — Cardio Tennis class. Cardio Tennis is a high-energy group fitness experience that uses the sport of tennis in a structured games-based format to deliver the ultimate, full-body, calorie-burning aerobic workout. This class is for beginners through advanced. 

Class costs $20 but is reduced to $17 with a ten-class pack purchase. Classes are every Friday from 8-9 am and again from 9-10 am. Register on the Paseo Club app.

June 12-29 Pickleball Camp

Join pickleball experts for a fun pickleball camp. This summer camp is for children ages 8-14 and runs from 10 am-2 pm. Kids learn techniques, drills, play games, and swim. You can choose a 3, 6, or 9-day option. Register in advance to secure your child’s spot.

Join our dynamic instructors for a tailored fitness and nutrition intensive. Learn how to train and eat so you can be on the right track to achieving your optimum health and wellness. This program is a small group challenge where you get customized attention in a supportive atmosphere.

Choose from three different training sessions:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 pm 
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 am 
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am

The fee for the 6-week series is $250. Register at the front desk of the club.

comp_kid tennis(1)-1June 12-August 4 Paseo Club Tennis Camp

Every summer Paseo Club offers a fun skills-based tennis summer camp for children ages 5-18. Kids of all skill levels are encouraged to attend, from beginner to advanced. There will be drills, games, analysis, and swimming! Learn to play singles and doubles! Younger campers also participate in art and crafts. 

Children can attend camp anywhere from one week to six weeks. Camp runs from 10 am-3 pm and costs $475 per week. There are discounts for multiple weeks and siblings. 

June 16: Pinot & Pilates

Join fitness director, Cezanne Youmazzo in Pinot & Pilates. Attend Pilates class then enjoy appetizers and two glasses of wine. The class begins at 6 pm and costs $40. Register on the Paseo Club app.


June 24: Pickleball Color Wars 

The Pickleball Color Wars are one of the most fun events of the year! Tournament directors divide teams into four colors to battle it out at each level and see what color will be champion!  

Sign up solo or with a partner for this not-to-be-missed day of pickleball. Teams will start their battle at 9 am, and we will crown the winning color in time for a late lunch! 

It costs $30 to play and lunch is included. 

comp_IMG-1288June 30: FIN-tastic Date Night at Kids Club

Children ages 4-12 can join Kid’s Club staff for a special evening of fun. This Friday night from 5:30-9 pm kids will play, craft, and watch a featured showing of Luca. Dinner is provided!

The fee for Date Night is $25, and you must register at Kids Club by June 28th to secure your child’s spot.

June is going to be an exciting month at the Paseo Club. There are events for members of all ages and interests. 

In this article, you learned about all the Paseo Club’s activities, when they are, and how to get involved. We encourage you to try out a new class and come out to support the fundraiser hosted by the Paseo Club and Dink 4 Cause.

Paseo Club members enjoy our fitness facilities, spa, and cafe. Come and work out, swim, eat, get a massage, and hang out. The Paseo Club is a home away from home. 

Each week there are more than 60 fitness classes available, from yoga and Pilates to HITT and LIFT. Work on building strength, cardio, or mobility!
